I visited today for the first time. Baya was lovely and welcoming, and gave me beautiful highlights, with a really natural pretty blonde colour. A great cut and blow dry too, and the fastest time any hairdresser has done a full head of foils in my long hair! Highly recommended.

I have been going to Lilly’s for 6 years and I absolutely love it. I go for regular blow dries and every few months I get the keratin treatment and colour. Bayan is very skilled as knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised. It was effortless to book an appointment.  I was seen really quickly once there. I was made to feel at ease,  was totally comfortable and the lady I saw I'm sorry I forgot her name was absolutely wonderful. Talked me through a few things and was all done in less than 30 mins. Did wash, cut, blow dry, layers looked absolutely stunning. Bayan did it she was lovely; amazing customer service. No regrets would 1000% recommend.

First off I just want to say all the staff are just amazing! Always so welcoming whenever I come in! Bayan is always my go to when it comes to my highlights, have trusted her for years and always exceeds. She takes time to understand your hair and always makes me feel at home whenever I’m there. Sheyda and Shela are also just wonderful, and always go to shela for waxing!!

The first couple of years I lived in London I really struggled to find a hairdresser I wanted to return to. I had a couple of experiences of getting a great blow dry but discovering the cut was poor after washing my hair. And then I found Lily's through Treatwell 2 years ago and now I never go anywhere else. The staff are lovely and the cut is always fantastic. They are super patient with my long hair and it is always a relaxing enjoyable experience.

not good, just had my hair cut here! i showed her the style in liked but she really had no idea how to copy it and left some of my hair longer some shorter and when i went home i noticed the front hair was awfully done. i had long enough hair to do any style i wanted but obvioulsly she cant do it! As well i booked for 10 am and she said i booked for 11 excusing that the clock has changed! At the end of all she overcharged me 5 pound more than the agreed price.  I truly do not recommend !

Came For a wax and cut, Shela done the wax phenomenally minimal pain, good experience. then went to the lady Bayan for a Cut and was so done professionally and reasonably priced.  would definitely visit again!

First time visiting, and it was a pleasant experience! Great sociable atmosphere to be in, surrounded by friendly staffs. Valentina was very polite and lovely. Trusted Dan, the hairdresser, in an instant. He was very professional and really understood what I wanted. I was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.
