Used a couple of times, and was generally quite pleased, but my most recent booking they cancelled it on the morning via email. Assumed they'd call to be sure I got the message, given how they text repeated appointment reminders. Was told they'd closed and I should use Richmond or Chiswick - why not your Croydon branch, or, better yet, perhaps Calais or Casablanca. Anywho, I asked if they'd be reopening and when their next availability was and was ignored, so I've found a new barber.
A really great barbers for locals and non locals alike. Have been around the block when it comes to London salons.. and this one is welcoming, good value and Ashleigh who I have seen for months is fabulous and gives consistently great cuts. The other staff are also extremely welcoming, polite and experienced. Couldn't recommend more.
Was a customer for over 3 years but not anymore. I recently had an appointment on a Saturday morning when I turned up it was closed! I called the booking number and was told my hairdresser had quit. They said I should have been told even though I received a text the night before to confirm! I asked what they would do to make this right and was told it was “not ideal” and I could have an appointment in 90 minutes in Chiswick! Awful customer service!
