Went to Rich Nails so they could rectify an Acrylic & Shellac I had just completed elsewhere and was unhappy with. The team took me in during a busy period and did a really nice job fixing my nails from scratch, with new extensions and acrylic. Would recommend
I've been coming to Rich Nails for several years, never had any problems. They're polite, friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Feel so warm everytime I come here and of course my nails always look incredible! Will not go somewhere else!Services: Manicure
I've had gel nails done several times at other places and they NEVER lasted as long as they did when done by Rich Nails ! Staff was very nice. Professional. Definitely going back. Highly recommend!

Only take cash or bank transfer. Tax avoiding I think. Staff know limited English until it comes to asking for every customer in the shop to walk to the nearest cash point. £71 for my hands and feet acrylic nails ,very over priced for just over a week later 2 of my toe acrylics have already fallen off.Service: Sculpted nails

Had a great experience at Rich Nails Chiswick! The staff was extremely kind and the salon is so cute and clean. I loved my nails and will absolutely be back!!!
Horrible experience. The staff were very rude and unpleasant. This place clearly has a problem with basic customer services as other customers have provided similar feedback. The nails were rather overpriced. I won’t be returning.Services: Gel manicures
Great local place for nails. No loyalty card at the moment and no sure if they charge for shellac removal if you revisit. Photo shows that it still looks great after 10 days!
Wonderful! I had a great time having a shellac pedicure today with Sophie and loved both the process and the result! Thank you so much.
