I popped in without booking. They lady served me quickly and removed the very hard gel that I had on my nails. I went for a simple shellac. Fast end efficient. They accept cash and bank transfer. Recommended if you’re in Hammersmith area. Good selections of colours and designs.
Horrible experience- I am new in the area I was looking for a nice local place to get my nails done regularly and went here for the first time. When I was getting the nails done, everything took less time than I expected. I started to realise shortly after I left the place the lack of care that was taken when doing the nails. Everything looked okay but my nails were hurting I have had nails experience for many years but like never before. And I’m a matter of 2 days my nails started getting chipped the cuticle wasn’t done properly and the growth was already bad I work with computer so nothing to force the manicure either which was rare. Today one of the nails fell off and I find this ! I didn’t have anything similar before and now I need to seek for help and my nails are completely destroyed and infected and bruised. Just avoid don’t waste your time health or money here

I usuallyhavereally good service here. I get shellac and it usually lasts about 2weeks
They are rubbish . Very rude and not professional. I had to check everything every minute and they were so rude . I came out with horrible nails which one hand is different with another one
Hong is great at this place! She’s efficient and does a great job for shellac and gel nails!
