From first walking into the shop we were met with amazing customer service, compassionate staff and the best value around. The service for Mom was beautiful, the cars were lovely and the minister was fantastic. Thank you everyone in the Lilies team for making a very hard experience that less painful for us and our family.

From my first phone call, to receiving my father ashes back, Lee, Nathan and their team treated us with love, respect and thoughtfulness. Lee guided us through the formalities and paperwork explaining everything in a nonhurried caring way. It’s possibly the worst time in your life but it was helped by Lilies. I can wholeheartedly recommend Lilies Thank you so much.

I personally didn't have any dealings with Lilies, but had a glowing recommendation . My best friend sadly lost her brother last year, very unexpectedly, and she couldn't praise them enough for how they treated her and her family. It made a heartbreaking situation a little easier to bear

My son in law lost his father very suddenly i rang Nathan & lee for help and guidance as my son inlaw was destroyt ,, they were fantastic they took away so much stress and the day of the funeral was BEAUTIFULL so full of passion and dignity thankyou Lillies you made so much sorry easier to bare ,, Mary m x
