I can honestly say Celina did an absolute amazing job for my dads funeral. Nothing was a bother and showed a lot of compassion through the month we had to sort everything out. She was with within the hour we first called and to the funeral day was fantastic. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else again!
From the moment you meet Celina she seems warm and comforting but not in a sugary over the top way. I felt I had faith in her to arrange my husband’s funeral in the way I wanted. She kept me informed all along and was lovely on the funeral day, she made me feel that I had nothing to worry about concerning the organisation both at the crematorium and in church. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a funeral service.
I had never arranged a funeral before and was obviously nervous and upset but I needn't have worried, I was in the safe hands of Celina from C Crawford Funeral Services. Celina was professional and friendly at all times and it was nice to know that my Dad was being cared for by someone he would have liked. It was a great comfort to know that he was resting not far away from us and we could go and see him at any time. He was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Celina went above and beyond for our family and we cannot thank her enough for all those little things she did that made all the difference. We only spoke to Celina and never had to explain who we were etc. Celina has looked after two members of my family so far and will, I am sure, look after the rest of us! We didn't have to pay a small fortune for such excellent service either as the fees were very reasonable, especially when compared to larger Funeral Directors.
After having a bad experience with initial communications with another director, I was signposted to C Crawfords. From start to finish, Celina has been amazing. Nothing is too much for her, liaising with church, cemetery hospice and printers. She added little touches that made the process of losing my Mom, that much easier, from collecting my Mom and giving me a courtesy call to say she had collected her and she was safe, to dressing Mom and complimenting her, sending sympathy cards and putting a beautiful picture of my Mom and Dad on the temporary cross on the grave. Celina even gave me a keepsake card for my purse with my Mom on it. On the day of the funeral yesterday, Celina and her colleagues were extremely professional and caring all day. Great time keeping. Celina communicated with us throughout the whole process and cared for us all as well as Mom. From the bottom of my heart, Celina is amazing! Thank you so much! I will highly recommend.
We can only give an honest opinion and we can honestly say everything we received from Celina was amazing. Celina made an incredible difficult time a little more manageable and we really can't thank Celina enough. Our Dad had already arranged his funeral and Celina ensued it was carried out exactly as he would have wanted and also allowed us to have our input. We felt so at ease and knew Dad was being very well looked after and we honestly can't thank Celina and her team enough. It was just so important to us that Dad's send off was so special and captured Dad's life perfectly and Celina ensured it was and we honestly feel so lucky that Dad chose Crawford Funeral Services. The before, during and after care has been second to none and I know the circumstances wasn't the best but I'm so glad we met and Dad had the send off he deserved. From the bottom of our hearts as a family thank you to you Celina and your team x
When you are dealing with grief, you need someone to take control and make the process, that is so hard to get through, more bearable. Celina was that person. She was so compassionate, helpful and professional guiding us through the difficult times and for that we are extremely grateful. On the day Celina made sure we had no worries at all and that mum was given the beautiful send off she deserved. So from the initial call to the final end, we can not recommend Crawford Funeral Service highly enough.
Celina helped make the most difficult time in our lives that bit more bearable. She was compassionate and understanding and went above and beyond for my grandads funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for Celina and she was regularly in contact checking in to see if we were ok as a family and ensuring the personal touches were in order. Celina we cannot thank you enough for everything you did for my beloved Grandad. We take comfort in the fact he was looked after so well in your care and given the wonderful send off he deserved. I found Celina through a friend of mine and am so glad I did, she's professional, caring, thoughtful and helped me and my family all the way through organising and finalising my mom's funeral. Superb service arranging my moms funeral. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Celina was always prompt and efficient and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended. Nice to use a small local company.
