Ed & the team were fantastic for my father's funeral. From start to finish, Ed dealt with everything with extreme professionalism, nothing was unachievable - whatever the ask, even when it was a last minute curveball from us. The whole funeral was handled beautifully and gave my dad the send off he deserved. I don't write reviews, that often, but felt compelled in this case as the service Ed delivered was impeccable. Death & grief is a path that many of us, luckily, have little or no experience of how to navigate. Edward was a welcome aid on this journey. He was efficient , knowledgeable, kind, approachable , compassionate - in fact everything that you need at this time. I cannot recommend this local business enough. He made sure that everything was in place & that our Mum had a fitting tribute. I cannot thank you & your team enough .
The most heartbreaking time of a daughters life is when their mother passes away. Nikki at royal town funerals made the whole process a little bit easier to handle and I simply can't thank her enough for all she has done for me. The funeral service itself was arranged perfectly for my mum and she would be so proud. Everything was explained to me and every little detail was gone over, with Nikki by my side I knew I could do this. Even on the day Nikki was there. Honestly if you need a director's please look no further, royal town funerals are amazing at what they do.
I recommend Royal Town Funerals wholeheartedly. Nikki organised my Mums funeral to absolute perfection. One of the first things Nikki said to us was that she would treat our Mum like her own - and we can absolutely say that she did this. Nikki is fantastic at what she does and is a credit to her profession.
Unfortunately didn't have the best service expected. My mothers coffin was scratched and chipped all down the side, when complained they did put up a fuss but eventually partially refund me for the coffin. The second thing was her ashes, as part of the package I purchased a Urn was included but when I went to collect her ashes she was in the same box the crematorium put her in. The guy who handed over the ashes tried to charge me extra for a Urn I just walked out sad and DISSAPOINTED. Please do better.
I can’t thank Ed and his team at Royal Town funerals enough with the planning of my mother’s funeral and caring for her in Such a caring and compassionate way. The support I received from Ed from start to finish was amazing. Ed helped and talked me through everything at such a sad time, Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend royal town funerals. A funeral of a parent is one of the most difficult and sacred times of most peoples lives. You want your loved one to be honoured and remembered with compassion and dignity. This is where Royal Town excel, even more remarkable considering the current circumstances. From the organisation and care to how Dad was looked before the funeral, till the final time to say goodbye, Ed and the team were amazing and could not recommend them enough, sentiments echoed by the family.
After using this company I have to say I am totally bowled over by their kindness compassion and efficiency. They made the whole sensitive situation of my family members passing especially in our current climate a smooth operation. Edward Cutler and company are my saviours. I honestly can’t thank them enough.
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, my dad had the best send off & Ed & his team helped make it just how my dad would of wanted, can’t thank them enough for all there help & Ed was always ready to help with everything I needed to send my dads ashes back to his home country, thankyou so much for everything you did.
A big thank you to Edward and everyone for our fathers funeral, we were so happy and pleased with the service, organisation and professionalism shown. Would highly recommend!
