Excellent facilities. Everything one could need for a good workout. Gym floor is small but its very quiet on weekends so one shouldn't struggle for equipment. Membership are cheap too!
Small but enough equipment for a training session, and the place is never overcrowded.
Been a member of a few gyms and this is the best by far. Not a big place but classes are great, the gym is adequate but most of all the staff and members are fantastic. Love going here and recommend it.
TL;DR Good equipment; low price; a bit small scale though. First and only gym I have ever been a member of, so I couldn't compare directly to others. Having said that: good staff who are happy to answer questions and demonstrate correct machine use/technique; machines are all in good condition, work well and are clean; good price compared to most gym memberships check website as prices vary; good opening times - 7 days a week. Only downside is that it is small scale, so sometimes left waiting for machines, but not too much of a problem. There is a good air conditioning in the gym itself but the changing rooms and corridors are scorching in the winter. I'm not a particular fan of the cycling machines which are made as "one size fits all" making for a wide sadle - would not recommend if you are going with emphasis on cycling due to this. There is pop radio on not too loud, so can be cut off with earphones listening to own music and subtitled TVs with BBC news, Sky News and gameshows on at all times.
Nice little gym with lovely staff, but punctuality speaking is a disaster, classes start always late EDIT- in the last year it has been improving a lot, classes now start on time
Lovely staff. Really enjoyed the zumba class. Not too busy so didn't feel overwhelming
Fantastic gym with very helpful staff. You can get a free induction and a gym programme when you join and they will update it as often as you want. The club has plenty of free parking. Great classes in the evenings too
Cheap. Good for keeping trim and fit. Not a muscle gym. Phil Lewis's gym has more equipment. A body Building ethos. Live help from Mr Universe; However girls he is married, with a nice family, and Supermodel wife!

Great Gym, Only small but has all the equipment necessary to have a great workout! Really enjoyed the HIIT class on a monday! Great value for money!
