Lovely clean pool. Poolside spectating area is a big bonus!  Supervised well by the lifeguards and speaking from experience when my grandson had something in his eye..first aid treatment was first class! 😎👍

The staff are more bothered about what they are doing later than they are in helping, I was sat down filling in a form (to pay for a membership) and the blonde lady with fake tan was more concerned about what she was wearing that night and as she got up and noticed I was there she then exclaimed "oh I'll go get it after this" as she pointed at me and rolled her eyes. Disgusting customer service.

So I went in today there was a staff member dealing with a lady who wanted to go in the gym so I stud behind her to que up the member of staff said could you please stand over the where it says que up so I stud there then she says the the lady she was dealing with I hate when people do that (stand near the desk) and so I gave her a dirty look then when the lady left I walked over and she's says why are you giving me a dirty look so I said why were you talking about me to that lady so we got in a despute then she shouted out me like I'm a child STAND OUT SIDE AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU SAID I laughed into her face and said excuse me? Then some boy and him mother come over and said she's only trying to do her job I personally think she should be fired for being rude and I'm also a member if that's how you treat your members that's a discrace

Since the day it first opened last year,The centre has been a great success in my eyes.Every visit is enjoyable, the staff are so helpful and obliging,and there is always something different Go ing on for the community, on a regular basis.The latest addition,has been background music around the pool, great idea (not sure if fellow swimmers appreciate my singing though!)Well done to a great team.
