Today I went for shopping after 5 pm, there were not many people, but still I had to wait at the self-service checkout. The lady who bought in front of me needed help, the assistant immediately rushed to her. There were some unclear things and when the male supervisor went there, he was so rude and condescending to his colleaguen in front of us, that several of us were shocked. The assistant were smiling like nothing happened and she tried to safe a moment to concentrate to help to the Customer,nthis was looks like not a first moment the supervisor rude like this. Over the years, there have been many new employees and the standard of service is beginning to sink below the frog's bottom.

WIth a large vehicle I had to park in the outside area. No sign posts to the entrance so walked up the ramp to the front door against the incoming traffic.nSigns to say free parking if you register so tried to do that first but needed a receipt so did it later. Fortunately I remembered
Lidl, always awesome and I now go there always as with the self check out it's so great. Great value and speed of check out is great lovely staff too always helpful and polite
The worst Lidls in the Uk.nnNo self checkout and hardly any customer service here no one to ask they all just walk on and blatantly ignore an customer. The shelf are constantly missing something I come to this branch atleast 3 times a week because it is on my way home. I have to double check the prices when they scan everything because they have over charged me multiple times. I have the pictures and receipt to prove it!nnThey just do not care!
