My husband went to Boots, Leatherhead, to buy preservative free antihistamine eye drops, he was told they aren't doing them anymore and he came away with eye drops containing preservative, sold by Tracy.. I sent him straight back for a refund, £5.59. he was told no refunds on medicines. He was also told, different assistant this time, that preservative free eye drops were available in store. By now very annoyed he decided to go elsewhere
Slow service. Staff seem unhappy, that shows when dealing with customers. Boots is losing its customer focus across the group.
Where do I start me being a black woman in the area is difficult already.. but when you go to get medical help.. and the people don't even respect you enough to check if you have a documents there is bad.. I'm pregnant so because they was lazy and never checked at all.. I was in pain all night and now have to go hospital.. please check you documents no matter the colour of the person..I could of lost life not good boots
Often times you'll find the brand but not the exact product. For example they have lanolips but do not have the variety of the lip collections... please stock varieties!
Awful shop there’s never enough people at the till only one ever open, always a massive queue, pharmacy closed through busiest time which is everyone’s lunch break, I would go literally anywhere else but it’s the only pharmacy shop in the town centre.

Service poor, told prescription would be 10 -15 minutes. 40 minutes later still standing front of staff no prescription. Kicker was people coming after me with prescriptions were still getting theirs before me. It pays not to be a black man needing heart medicine in Leatherhead. Never had issues with other Boots pharmacy around the UK.
I am absolutely appalled by the service being provided by Boots, it's a joke. I had a flu jab booked in a few weeks ago that was cancelled by my local Boots store less than one hour before it was meant to take place, they didn't even offer me an alternative slot, simply told me to look online or elsewhere. Well I've tried to do this, and the website is pretty shocking too, it simply won't let me rebook my jab because I apparently already have one booked. I rang my local store, Leatherhead swan centre, they never answer, so i went in and was ignored despite an empty queue, I appreciate the staff member may have been in the middle of something but they could've at least said hello and smiled instead of simply looking down as if I wasn't there, and then I was told to rebook via a link on the original email, the link is nowhere to be seen. So I've just rang the boots main line and sat waiting for 35 minutes for the line to be cut off, assuming there was never actually anyone at the end of the line and there was never going to be an answer. I definitely don't want to rebook my jab with Boots, I want my jab refunded immediately and I will be looking to go elsewhere. It's incredibly disappointing that a health and customer service based company lacks basic communication skills and cannot support their customers with their health or queries. I'm shocked.
Stock is remarkably limited compared to all other Boots stores I’ve been to. Staff are rude, to the point where I’ve been snapped at and shouted at by staff when I was filling a prescription for nothing more than existing, and spoken to like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer, ie literally the person paying their salary! Service is slow. There’s never anybody at a till and you have to wait to be noticed.
Rachel in the pharmacy was fantastic, their systems were down when i tried to pick up a prescription so she personally delivered it later. Very helpful and went beyond what was asked. thank you
