We were delighted with every aspect of our experience....from the customer service in the shop itself..the quality of product...being regularly updated re our order...through to the delivery where we received excellent customer service from the delivery team as well.
 We are very pleased with our sofa...appearance, quality and comfort. Everyone took the time to help and listened carefully to what we needed. Definitely highly recommend.

I recently purchased new sofas and chairs and cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from the staff at Englishman's Castle. A special shout out for Rachel. I'm so happy with my new furniture.

I recently bought a dining room table, chairs and sideboard from Englishmans Castle.  They were so helpful in every respect and excellent on price.  It was lovely to deal with them and to get such great service all round - even the delivery drivers were super guys, on time and so tidy. I would highly recommend Englishmans Castle - so nice to deal with an individual shop who value their customers.
