Wide isles  always clean. Smell of fresh bread and cake as you walk in is lovely! Staff always helpful and friendly. Good choice of produce. Go there regularly

The only reason I gave 1 star was because there was no option to give zero. As soon as I entered it was apparent that the store was over crowded and understaffed, although this may have been because the staff were slowly serving whilst chatting shouting across checkouts loudly and obnoxiously and sipping there company branded energy drinks. When struggling to find a simple everyday item (UHT milk) after 10 minutes of searching for shop floor staff, was rudely and hurriedly told that they "ain't got none". Colloquial to say the least. I am disgusted in the lack of management and customer service demonstrated in the Kingswinford Branch. A perfect example of how we get what we pay for. A shame that the Germans cannot carry over there build quality into there supermarkets.

My wife and I visit the store in Kingswinford at least twice a week as we like there products and services and cleanliness of this store and it's one i can recommend.

I normally really like Kingswinford Lidl, parking was easier than normal today with plenty of spare spaces, some lazy shoppers though still insist on parking by the entrance. Once inside the store I soon realised why the carpark had plenty of spaces. Many shelves were empty, very little fresh meat, Virtually no fresh chicken, no instant coffee or kitchen rolls. Items on my list were not available. Why? Will give Aldi a try next time.

Good prices. Plenty of parking spaces. Fridges needed stocking badly when visited,other than that good value
