Nice friendly staff, food is overpriced to a ridiculous amount, drinks sometimes have offers, but discounts are rare and special offers are rarely cheaper than a regular supermarket price. Not many staff, so expect a long wait around school times. 
Great if you are desperate to get a couple of items, but overpricing and long waits to be served put me right off unless it's an emergency.

Typical mid size supermarket. Good selection of foods at reasonable prices. Usually only the cigarette kiosk attended with staff so if you have a trolley full they have to open a till for you.   Staff are approachable and offer god service.

My local supermarket. Nice range of produce. Cash point. Membership dividend scheme. Saving stamps with Christmas bonus if saving card full. Friendly helpful staff

Absolutely useless !
Staff seem incapable of opening more tills ,to get all those wanting to pay through quicker, but more interested in doing other  jobs. 
This is unfortunately is something I've witnessed quite often at this store and as a consequence I will not be doing any more business with this company. It should also be noted their Sedgley store closed recently and I wonder if that was because of customers like myself who would now rather go elsewhere where they will get better service!!
