think the staffs name is ellen. i went to collect a parcel only to find out she didn't give me both my parcels which ok simple mistake but when ur focus on the things u shouldn't be u miss the things u should be focusing on which is ur job. this could have been avoided if she had any kind of awareness. when i approached her till asking if that's where i get parcels she is telling me she had a que. may i suggest if u care about ur eye then be observant even when ur serving a customer to know who was waiting first cus she had to have other customers she wanted to serve before mr tell her i was waiting first. i worked in customer service and was trained to be observant and attentive, so before you accuse people of doing something they was not doing get your facts straight by using your eyes and looking around at ur surroundings. more incompetent people who are absolutely useless does no one know how to do their job anymore too lazy to hold themselves to a acceptable standard or work ethic
Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Great range of items and good prices. Highly recommended
Decent useful large convenience shop. Look out for special offers, as some items are overpriced, some are reasonable. Busy shop, but service good with useful self service points.
I only tend to call in here to collect any Yodel parcels I've had delivered. Some of the staff look at you like you're an inconvenience. The layout of the tills and self service machines just makes things so awkward when it's busy. Staff do their best but there's just not enough of them. You're queueing infront of the self service machines feeling like a spare part.
We pop in here on our way to Gornal Crematorium for flowers. But there are always goodies or offers on that catch my eye. Last time I got a metal plant pot complete with plants for £4. Bargain!
