I am so thankful to the lovely Security Lady who picked up my handbag for safe keeping. Whilst shopping in Tesco I had forgotten my handbag in the shopping trolley & realised latter on the mistake I had made. From home   I phoned the Customer Service desk. Staff was very quick to reply & helpful. I cannot thank them enough for their exallent Service. In my handbag , I had a lot of valuable stuff like all my bank cards; money and my iPhone. It  was such a relief to have it all back. Thank you . Thank you.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to the garage staff on duty 16th March , the evening shift who were SO helpful when I had a flat tyre. They went out of their way to help with the air machine and when I had to call my rescue service they were so hospitable. They didn't want to think that I could travel on as I was as they would have been worried. Theycan't know how much it meant to me as I was travelling home from a dear friends funeral and was quite upset. I have been telling everyone about the kindness that was offered by the staff. BIG thank you again!

I would like to thank the staff at Tesco this morning. Wednesday 7th February. In particular a very kind lady called Tracey who was situated at customer service. She very kindly helped my mum who was struggling with my dad who suffers with dementia. She took care of my dad so mum could do some shopping and then bought them coffee. Also the security guard who was on duty at this time who also extended his help with my poor dad. They went out of their way to help my mum and dad and we are extremely grateful. Thankyou so much. These members of staff should be commended for their help. I am a regular shopper in your store and will continue to do so. Kind regards. Sue Townsley.

We visit this store regularly,all the staff are helpful,friendly, and
willing to go that extra mile to make our visit even better.One thing that annoys us is when they keep changing the shelves around!Apart from that the store,most of the time is clean and tidy. They have staff filling the shelves with those metal cages,which we know they have to replenish the shelves,but it is annoying,when you have trouble getting the trolley passed,we are both disabled.
