The store's popularity speaks for itself, but the queueing system is as horrendous as it is perplexing. Usually there is only one till open at a time and that always has its own accompanying queue. When another till opens, the cashier doesn't appear straight away; instead shoppers must await for his/her entrance like a spectator awaiting the entrance of a wrestler. It's more cathartic shopping at Iceland, in my opinion...

I'm only filling this out because I'm standing in the queue and my attention span is so short these days that I absolutely need to check my phone during downtime. I do recommend the small baguette though. 😚

Always loved going to lidl, cheap as chips and a wide range of stuff to choose from, then middle sections are by far my favourite

The bakery section is spot on. Muffffins 😋. The tools and stuff not bad either.
