I recently visited the Lidl on Queens Road in Nuneaton and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The store had an unpleasant smell upon entry, and the baskets provided were noticeably dirty. There was a general sense of untidiness throughout the shop, which made shopping uncomfortable.nAdditionally, the self-checkout area was problematic;long queues and delays. When I approached staff members for assistance or inquiries about stock and delivery schedules, they seemed uninformed and unable to provide helpful information.I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the shopping experience for all customers.
Good shop but hardly has any brand names there are only off brands but overall has lovely bakery fruit sweets.etc but the most underrated item has to be the ultimate brownie very fudge texture and chewy love it
The prices and assortment are good, and the staff is friendly. However, one frustrating aspect is the very long wait times in the queue, as most of the time only the self-checkout is available
I used to like this store, but not anymore. Chaos at the self service tills. I know people who avoid the place because of this problem. What's wrong with the old style checkouts for those who prefer it. I suppose the answer will be.... well it helps to keep prices lower.nThe truth is that prices are low because the products on sale are often of a lower quality than in stores like Sainsbury's and Tesco.
Good shopping experience, and a good range of products. It's a shame though that there's no toilet for customers.
