I like this post office very much. It can give me good customer service every time. I would like to mention Bob Sharda in particular. He is very friendly and professional. Every time he patiently and detailedly answers my questions.

Simply the best post office I’ve been to. Never mind the other reviews since they’ve probably visited this post office only once or twice. I’ve been to this post office pretty much daily and I’ve never been treated unfairly. I’ve made friends with the staff hello to the guy with beard: and we always have a nice chat when I pop in to drop off some parcels during lunch time. The waiting times are usually 10 mins or less. Most of the time I do get served within 5 mins. I’ve been to so many post office branches around the country and this one is one of those last ones that are still managed really well. Keep it going :

Bob is a very nice and professional staff at this post office.  He is so helpful and so kind that he give advices on my parcel to save a lot of cost; he also help me to package my parcel.

This is the 3rd post office I have been in the country. Not a big sample though, but definitely my experience here is the best. The staff here works over time to serve us. Very efficient, very friendly, very nice.

I went there to send a parcel abroad. Bob, who works there was very friendly and polite. Work ethics like Bob's need to be recognized, otherwise we end up having people working just for the paycheck.

Very rude staff. Hate having to go there to collect my parcels.  "Hi, can I collect my amazon parcel?"  "No." proceeds to continue staring at me before getting up to get my parcel??  Also, stated opening hours is until 2.30pm on Sat. Went there at around 1.50-2pm and they were already closed.

Bob was very helpful - even though the official post office prize for sending my admittedly heavy stack of notes was a good bit above my intended limit, and I decided to go for an online offer instead - he provided me with a sturdy box and all I needed to pack it up and wrap it up!  Thanks Bob :

Used their "service" not sure how they define service: deliver things and piss off their customers 4 or 5 times in the past two years. They have been consistently rude. So just go there and treat them as machine or robot, don't expect any good service.

very rude staff... she couldn't even bother check the parcel with my track number because there were too many in the storage. unbelievable
