Good selection of asian foods. Could do with more confectionary items, but the best asian supermarket around

The variety and amount of asian food is commendable. It is a good store to go to especially if you're an international student. HOWEVER, the owner of the establishment is very, very rude to her staff. She yells at them /in front/ of customers, you can even hear her from outside the store! My friend and I were waiting for at least ten minutes after completing our shopping because we were too afraid to go up to the counter where she was screaming at one of her staff members. When we decided enough was enough and approached the counter it was like we weren't even there. She /kept/ humiliating this poor guy and we waited and looked at her but no response. We were only served when another staff member noticed us and served us. I understand you may have problems with your staff lady, but your reaction is unprofessional and straight up cruel. If it wasn't for the fact I can only buy certain products from your store I would not bother coming there at all.

Very poor customer service. It was utterly unbelievable to see the manager yelling at the cashiers while the customers were still in the shop. On another occasion, the cashiers were making racially insensitive jokes targeted towards my friends and I, just because they thought we do not understand Korean. They were NOT funny and you do NOT make these kind of jokes. It may have been considered appropriate in Korea but that is certainly not the case here. If I was the brand manager of Seoul plaza I would seriously reconsider giving this place a license to sell products.
