Cheap, available and has your basic groceries. Occationally run out of eggs, milk, bread and some types of meat. Has a section called "while stocks last" that contains some exciting new products. Few herbs, almost no fresh fish. Has vegan and allergy options.

Quite a busy place usually. Very efficient helpful staff. It's right in the middle of the high street so you can't really expect shopping at your own pace. I like the fresh veg and fruits corner because of the variety they have. I'll rate them 4/5.

We love the selection of microwave meals at Lidl. The prices are affordable and this shop is always clean with fresh produce.
