Lacks vegetables, no eggs, no spices errr asda is meant to be a supermarket in a first world country. C’mon for Christ sake sort this out!

I am not happy with there George collection I ordered my daughter a coat that she can have for the winter and I picked a Wednesday to collect it I received no email or nothing about my order I ask one of the colleague the next day they said it was in transit and will come to me in couple days and two days later I got a refund from my item. That’s nice they gave a refund but really annoying when they say it will arrive but it doesn’t all my other orders came just not this one.

Great it's a large store has every conceivable thing you would need for a big shop also has lots of toys, a whole floor of clothing and a large area of homewares and electronics. This in conjunction with the Asda rewards app makes this store our go to for a big shop.

The one star is purely for the staff! They all tried so much, today is the first time I had been there in a few months. I use other Asda's and am always happy with the experience. Southampton - nope! All but a few manned till's have been replaced with self service! It is a DISASTER! Thise ques went into the shop isles!! Plus the self service ques were ridiculous! The poor single person manning the trolley pay section was run off their feet! There were a range of poor people who couldn't use it/got stuck - self service should not be expected!! The lines for both basket and trolley were so long, they met in the middle! If the store offered self scanners this could take a huge burden off of everyone! Yet I was told they don't have them as they don't qualify! Yet you took away the staff to serve at tills?! I will NOT be going back there - Asda its shameful. This time of year and in current climates is about making things as easy for one and all, there was not a single person who appeared to find it easy or looked happy with their experience today. I couldn't believe it.

There was a lady with a blue hat by the self checkout till. She is very rude - I understand that she doesn’t need to be super friendly but this is why I don’t like going there.  Otherwise it’s a good store

I've bought cigars from the tobacco kiosk countless times and the individual behind the till is always absolutely clueless about the products they're selling. Why are you at the tobacconist till if you are absolutely clueless about cigars!??!

Good range of products, very convenient location and amazing team. I would have given 5 stars if inside coffee vending machine wasn't out of order thrice in a row. I'll revisit and may change my review based on next visit experience. The hallway shops collection is really handy though. The mall is often quite busy so expect queues on tills and even self check out terminals. Fresh fruits and vegetables are always available which is a great plus compared to other malls close by. Oh and roll on discount offers are irresistible.

I wanted to speak to this branch , the number was given to me by the main customer services. If you select an option as a customer it delivers a message then says goodbye. Why have a contact number uf you won't speak to customers? Frustrating, I will now have to go to the store.

I go 3-4times  this place in the morning per week and could see two female staff at the self check out area.  I think they dont want work and wonder why they are there with annoyed face almost days.  No busy early morning, at the self checkout desk, Waiting for staff so long but nobody came. A female staff looked at me but just look no coming for help because she was talking with other staff.  I been asda so many times and i could see her almost moring & looks friendly but  always Talking too much between staff and customers all the time at the self checkout area staff. She doesnt care of other customers. unhelpful staff,

I am very disappointed and annoyed as I came to Asda and payed the car park to come pick up a parcel but an employee said “they were too busy” to give it to me! What is the point of the Asda next day delivery then? As the employee don’t want to give it.
