Dissapointed to see that there isn't a useful customer services counter. Im also dissatisfied that the tobacco kiosk isnt always open on time. The older woman who works there is rude and surly. Everything is too much for her. She even refuses to sell scratch cards if they are too high to reach. I have to resort to giving a bad review because of the lack of customer services. All in all this store operates badly and I wouldn't recommend it. Mr Allam, sort your staff and store out.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience at your store on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, it was not up to the standard I expected.nnFirst, I was rushed out of the store by an employee named Callum at around 6:45 PM, even though the store was not scheduled to close until 7 PM. Callum’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even more upsetting. Thankfully, the security staff were very helpful and polite, which I appreciated.nnAdditionally, I returned to the store because of false advertising regarding your opening hours. On December 22nd, it was advertised that the store would remain open until 1 AM. However, when I arrived, the store had already closed at 11 PM. This inconsistency is highly frustrating, especially during such a busy time of year.nnI am very upset about this experience and hope you take this feedback seriously. I expect better customer service and accurate communication from your store.nnI would appreciate it if you could address these issues and let me know how they will be resolved. Thank you for your time.

I visited this store this evening to do a big shop . Only for the self checkout machine to keep playing up every other other item I scanned .. was then told half way through I would have to move to a different checkout. All my items were heavy and I have back problems . Half way through that checkout starts playing up too . I walked out , sorry to staff but it shouldn't be that difficult to shop . There should be a checkout with a human if the self checkouts have weight limits as I was told by a member of staff .

This store should be closed and replaced by LiDL or Tesco. It’s the worst store in the whole Southampton! I will start from bakery!! There is barely any fresh baked bread available! Everything is ALWAYS taken out from the fridge freezer. In most cases bread is still cold after defrosting. The same with pies. Today - men’s toilet was closed and only ladies opened! And there were men coming in ladies toilets! This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! The store is always a mess and it smells awful.nI will never shop there again. EVER

Edit: 7/9/24: Why are the cheapest markdowns hidden under more expensive? Almost got overcharged. Why aren't markdowns being done properly? I'm still seeing expired food sometimes!nnDon't usually have a problem but seems like date checking needs improving. 3 days past use by!! Bought one and didn't realise it was out of date until I was halfway through the bag. This was earlier today. nnCame back to ASDA after I finished work later in the evening and the out of date ready to eat sausages are still on shelf! Someone may be getting food poisoning from this! Guy on till handled my problem fine though and I decided to get a replacement rather than a refundnnCheck dates before you buy, people.
