I visited Lidl today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with a staff member. After I finished scanning my items at the self-checkout, I was about to scan my Lidl Plus app. I wasn’t sure if it had gone through, so I asked the staff member for help. He told me it was scanned and said it wouldn’t make any difference anyway.nAfter I paid, I checked my receipt and noticed that the Lidl Plus discount had not been applied. I informed him, and he responded by saying that I must have activated the offer at that time. I had already made sure the offer was activated before I started billing.nThe way he spoke to me made me feel like he thought I was lying, which was upsetting and unnecessary.nI would appreciate it if staff could be more helpful and respectful when customers raise genuine concerns.
I'm absolutely loving Lidl! Their prices are unbeatable, and the quality of their products is top-notch. I recently grabbed some fresh produce and bakery items, and it was all amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful too! I've been shopping at Lidl for a while now, and I must say, they consistently impress me with their value for money and wide range of products.nnFrom their tasty continental food options to their fantastic wines, Lidl's got it all. Plus, their store layout is always clean and easy to navigate. I've had great experiences with their customer service as well - whenever I've had an issue, they've been quick to resolve it.nnWould definitely recommend Lidl to anyone looking for great deals and quality groceries. Can't wait to go back and explore more of what they have to offer!
Old Lidl. In general it's not much different from the others, but there are no self-service checkouts. Toilet is often very dirty, once there someone poured all over the toilet. A week of draught cuisine often the assortment is small. Very often there are inadequate people in this particular Lidl. And often the baked goods are not very fresh.
Love this place. People always helpful and goods are as good anywhere else. Plenty of parking. Right on my doorstep.
The worst experience we've ever experienced,I and my pregnant wife went to this store yesterday evening to buy groceries ,we took what we need and went to pay, we put all the items on the till, one of the stuff on that till asked us, he said, are you guys put everything on the till, we said yes and he start looking at us and he said is there anything left in the basket he can see it clearly there's nothing left in the basket he started looking in our hands my wife bag,we were shocked when he said that and I asked him why he said that, he said we're checking all customers bag not only us, we stand there observing whether it's only us or everyone,the guy didn't ask no one except us,this guy accused us infront of people and he's very rude. We're disappointed,this is not nice at all, they shouldn't hire people like that guy and he should ashamed of himself he's there to work not to accuse people by their colour or appearance.
