The lady serving at the hot counter this evening seems rather inconvenienced and almost annoyed about having to serve me. I made my polite request for 10 x riblets, to which she blankly looked at me and proceeds to hastily starts packing them. Then I asked for some chicken, to which she blankly looks at me and then turns to her colleague and asks him to serve instead; returning swiftly to her phone. A tad rude I must say. Well on the positive note, she counted those 10x riblets correctly, although some of them, you might say, are barely able to make the count see image.
Rude and aggressive. At 18:18 I tried to report that a young lady at the till had taken my phone to scan my Morris ons more care card, said it wouldn't work then scanned her own phone and put it back in her pocket. I checked the receipt a d my app. Nothing had been awarded for this shop. I asked the customer se vice nicely who just laughed at me and walked off to do something else. I waited and asked again she said yeah it takes 72 hours, And walked off. I waited and asked again if I could speak to a manager and if they could check the cctv for till 6. Man came out very aggressive and dismissive and scowled at me until I left. I'm trying to tell them I'm not comfortable with what happened and I'm less comfortable now. At first I was just perplexed why did she scan her phone, after dealing with the staff I'm angry, hurt and worried. They have the cctv, I don't feel I deserved such treatment. A nasty experience.
A very busy Sunday morning .nValentine's Day on people's minds !nnGreat selection of fruit and vegetables. Excellent quality braising steak and some sea bass on offer 3 packs for £10.nnNot much to tempt me in the bakery bread wise. Bought a multi grain brown loaf.nnHad a good offer to use with 20% off a shop!nnWish the aisles were wider . It always feels so cramped .nnAmazing valentine's flowers at great prices and some good offers on chocolates too.
Had breakfast in stone stores cafe thur4th April. The food was cold the floor had food & rubbish everywhere. I saw food on the shelf after being cooked for 5 minutes. Absolutely disgusting and the place should be shut down.
Arrived today at 4pm and fresh meat/fish counter was closed and in darkness. One member of staff off the tills was busy arranging first pick at yellow stickers with another member of staff. She always has first choice of meat because she goes behind counter to get best deals. Woman on sel service tills is bone idle not the first time refused to scan items that wouldn't automatically scan. Told me pay for rest of shopping and then collect others and take them to a till. Not the first time she tells you to put the numbers off scan code because she cannot be bothered. Collected items and at 5-30pm there was only one till open. Loads of large gaps in shelves and fridges/freezers with no stock. Terrible customer service and miserable staff with attitude problems.
