Good and value-worthy Supermarket where you can buy food for great prices. The choice is easy and the standards of the products are well established. For existing customers with the Lidl app, you can get a 5£ discount when you spend at least 40£ in the shop. Only you need to scan the QR code from your phone at the till if you have one. The whole basket of necessary shopping needs cost me only 42£ with a 5£ membership discount. Living crisis - make shopping in Lidl.
Don't go there often . Found it had a nice selection of fruit& vegetables I went to buy a lasagna for a quick meal. Because I had purchased one a few years ago which was nice I was not disappointed. Will go there again.
Well worth it! It's cheap, accessible for all, and great options for food. I will say that Lidl's bakery is to die for, especially when it's made fresh on the day! Can't go wrong!
Walked in at 9:30 pm on Saturday so 30min before closing to get some bakery for Sunday breakfast. There was almost nothing left which I thought was expected as it was late. But then I saw a massive bin where the 2 staff members were throwing all unsold bakery items. I was shocked -not because it was 30min before closing but because this is such a waste of food, this could have been given out to homeless people or there are now apps for people to collect unsold food and give out. Shame on you Lidl! Please see photo.
Well designed layout and easy to see where products are. Light and clean, good parking and good value for money. Especially like the fresh bakery.
I like Lidle not only for there low prices , I enjoy the mix of continental food from polish meats to Spanish fish. They also sell a few branded products that are handy . One negative is you can't always get some basics washing up liquid is continually off sale. The staff are genuinely nice and helpful and give you there time even though they are very busy and hard working.
Mucked up order... only realised when I got meal home.. but they were very busy and mistake happen but you hope it never happens to your order
Clean and tidy feeling to the place. Shelves full, fruit and veg topped up. Staff present and pleasant.
I have mobility problems, Thursday early evening was not a good time to shop for me. Lidl shop staff were trying to fill shelves so there were big palettes filling the shop isle's so reaching and getting past was a big problem, staff were moving waters and soft drinks to a new location that area was a mess, l am sorry to say so l couldn't reach what l wanted and a lot of items missing. So l shall avoid Lidl on Thursday in future.
Good to shop good choices but very cold off putting for older folk
