Best supermarket cafe in the area - proper food well prepared and presented by excellent staff. Much better than M & S Wolstanton. Once again the heating is off and the whole store is like a fridge. With broken lifts, broken escalators no heat and an inability to restock shelves in a reasonable time I am fast despairing of the management in this store. Such a shame as the staff are generally very good.

When I visited this store today I found myself (as usual ) choosing far more than I had intended, as I had only got a basket (should have had a trolley ) but as I was struggling to carry the products I wanted a very pleasant, helpful member of staff who was putting stock on the shelves took the basket and guided me to the checkout. Such helpful staff are what creates customer loyalty far more than cards, points and coupons. Thank you again to that lady I'm sorry I didn't get your name.

I've used sainsburys for years. Tried other supermarkets but their food is always inferior. Very friendly store. Easy to get around. Top quality products. I buy a lot of their own brands. I can get everything I need in one place.

1st visit. Strange going shopping in a lift before i get to the main store. However........i found the clothes section a bit tight on space! Overall a great sainsburys.
