Good access for all. Staff so friendly, helpful, polite and professional. They know their stuff, where it is in the store and if they're out of stock. Plenty of room between isles. Well stocked variety, reasonably priced. Great cafe to get a coffee while you wait for the traffic queue to go down to get out
Large store on outskirts of town. Plenty of choice, good quality food and reasonable prices. Generally a quiet store. Staff always go the extra mile to help.
Middle of winter and the air con is blowing out cold air! This isn't the first time and today was something else it was bitterly cold in store, staff working with gloves and hats on absolutely ridiculous. This store needs money spending on it, either the heating is broken or the escalator is, the floors are dirty and grubby. They have opened a Costa in store that nobody wants to use as it is freezing. The staff are miserable and deflated and who can blame them! The management needs to put staff and working conditions before profits. We will be shopping elsewhere in future.
All the food was on shelves, in chilling cabinet and freezer. Just put everything I needed in the trolley. Paid and left. So simple!
Terrible store. If it isnt the escalators broke . It's the fridges . Two days later and fridges are half empty. The priced like most other supermarkets is beyond a joke now.
