At the store to buy a few bits earlier today, just as we started my 3year old granddaughter needed the toilet.
My daughter took her to ask if it was possible, my granddaughter was crying, the lady behind the till said no, it was against store policy...
I have 3 children and 1 granddaughter and I have never been refused to take a pre-school child to the toilet in a store before
I know we don't have a 'right' for her to use the toilet, but common decency for a young child, especially one crying because she needed to go!
I asked to speak to the manager and a duty one said it was store policy to refuse...
I won't be shopping there again and would advise anyone with young children to avoid it...

Pretty dire every time I go... The staff are as about as miserable as you can get and abrupt !!! sometimes you feel as though your an inconvenience for interrupting their conversations to ask for assistance... And half if them look like smack heads ... Avoid if you can and go the big asda down here on the retail park...helpful and wear a smile on their faces...

Great store, not too big and the staff are friendly. The only gripe I have is that all the checkouts appear to be 'self serve' which I dislike!

Always closing early on a Friday night with no warning to customers who are turning up at 10.30pm to shop. Very inconvenient thank god for the Co op who are now open until 11pm.
