Lovely space with a good selection of books. You can easily spend an afternoon here enjoy reading.
Good coffee and lovely building...interesting contents too
Lovely library in the heart of the city. Basement floor of the building. Sign up for membership to take books home with you for a time period and return them to get more. Many desk spaces to work at. PCs for public use. Be aware No charging ability to due health and safety. Children interactive spaces. Cafe inside the library for a cuppa. Resting seat areas for reading Books on sale. Bathrooms. Wheelchair access. If you have the time or chance to wonder through the museum at the top floors of the building it's a treat.
Free to visit museum in the heart of Glasgow City.
This library is great if you need access to a study/work space in the city centre or any printing needs. It's very easy to access and it has a good number of computers.
Quiet, excellent location just below underground the art gallery. Cafe at the West end. Nice comfortable seating. WiFi exists but could come and go like the wind. Pcs available. Beautiful architectural masterpiece.
Great place! The ambience of it was good too.. if you are into artwork and the way the different perspectives of art comes up…
The Ground Floor Display was almost empty. Some displayed art was interesting. The gift shop was nice. However, it is highly overrated. I wouldn’t visit again.
Great staff, loved the exhibits! Very well set up to handle increased traffic for the Banksy exhibition.
Accessible city centre gallery focusing on modern art. Great venue but overall a bit underwhelming with too wide a selection of artists, that diluted any impact. Felt a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Displays are presented a bit randomly with small text but very long descriptions that need good eyesight or binoculars to read. Nevertheless, great to see originals by Warhol, Stanley Spencer and Beryl Cook. If you think that's eclectic, there's even an original print of Cartier Bresson's most famous photograph.
