A large library, to organize here the attractions associated with the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Poland's independence, is a fantastic idea.
Ok library though in the past there have been many distractions with noisy childrens groups and book clubs. Also the toilets are a disgrace.
I love this library but it needs a drop box for returns both inside and outside for out of hours returns

Is this a library or a children's creche? On all accounts, I don't know since any semblance of silence in order to concentrate is pretty rare. Toilets are constantly broken for extended periods of time - obviously plumbers are perplexed....be prepared to interrupt your study to nip over to Waitrose if you need a pee.
Staff are very loud, kids running about screaming, sometimes there are singing groups taking place which is not really appropriate for a library. They have a room upstairs, why don't they have the singing group there?
