Excellent place for the student community to live, while studying. But minimum stay period is 12 months.
Fantastic Student Accommodation at Paddington Park House! As a student at Liverpool John Moores University, finding suitable accommodation was crucial for my academic journey. I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience living at Paddington Park House. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The safety and tranquility of this place are remarkable. One of the standout features of Paddington Park House is its exceptional services. Whether it's maintenance requests, package deliveries, or general inquiries, the staff here go above and beyond to assist. The receptionists are not just friendly; they are genuinely caring and always ready to lend a helping hand. The facilities provided are top-notch. The common areas are well-maintained and conducive to both studying and socializing. I also appreciate the sense of community fostered at Paddington Park House. There are regular events and activities organized, allowing residents to connect and create lasting friendships. It truly feels like a home away from home. Thank you, Paddington Park House, for providing such an exceptional living experience. I am grateful for the memories made here and the friendships formed.
I stay at Paddington Park House and have had a fantastic experience. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I highly recommend Paddington Park House for anyone looking for a delightful stay with excellent rooms and a welcoming atmosphere.
As a student at the University of Liverpool, I have been living at Paddington Park House for the past academic year. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with both the facilities and the management here. The location just a 15-minute walk from campus is ideal. The studios are small but modern and comfortable, with good lighting and fast WiFi included. The kitchenettes have the basic appliances needed to cook simple meals. Stairwells and common areas are cleaned regularly by friendly staff.
I have lived here for nearly two years and will be rebooking for my third, it’s located between my university and Liverpool centre which is about a 15 minute walk. The staff is polite and always helpful, there is always someone is reception if you need them and the price is reasonable and affordable if you are planning stay here:
It’s a really convenient place to live in and with a super reasonable price! Only 10 mins walk from uni and 3 mins away from a Tesco superstore. Really quiet place with friendly staff. Definitely recommend to everyone who are looking for student accommodation in Liverpool!
A real shame that I can’t be positive about this review, I lived here last year when it was under Unite Students, I decided to re book as last year the staff were lovely, maintenance issues were sorted within the hour and the place was clean and organised. However this year Homes for Students took over which I was not aware of until September. The only two positives of this place are that they do hold a lot of events for freshers and Steve who worked at this accommodation last year and previous. He properly cares about the tenants that live here and will always go out of his way to support you in any way he can. The staff here are VERY hit and miss, I’ve had some good exchanges with some staff members however my friends have been treated horribly, they can be hostile and unpredictable. The weekend staff at not trained at all, I’ve had multiple instances over packages and they just haven’t got a clue what’s going on. They have ripped out the smoking area so if you smoke don’t bother. They enter your flat without notice, we have to use an app that doesn’t work for maintenance issues, they changed the wifi and it disconnects constantly, the bins are left for weeks so there’s always a rat to greet you when you take the rubbish out. They are constantly sending us emails about new rules and always threaten your tenancy at the end of the message. Rules that have only come into play since they took over, most people that booked, booked with unite students. It’s a real shame that this place has gone so down hill. Train your staff, sort the bins and give Steve a raise
Fabulous place, Abby, Dave, Paula, Steve are amazing team members. Always feel welcome and comfortable to come to when I have an issue. Best place to book for 2nd and 3rd year !!!
Staff are really nice and helpful. Everyone living here is friendly. Feels like home. Definitely the place to be for students!
I’m limited with words here so I’ll try to cram in as much as possible. Lived here three years- don’t book. Biggest issue the staff are awful, they are rude, hostile and talk down to you. The one good thing about this place is Steve. That’s it. In the past week I’ve had two uncomfortable/ hostile altercations with the staff. Which is a shame because the staff last year were great and had a laugh with you. This year, they talk down to you and are rude. The have imposed new “rules” that they don’t even follow. But they will threaten your tenancy. If you like to have guests don’t book. Not only have they got rules restricting guests. The place has bins spilling on the car park with literal rats. Don’t give proper 48 notice sometimes when entering flat which is illegal. Electric goes off a lot and staff are unwilling to help. They have a “maintenance” app that doesn’t work. Staff are severely untrained and have actually almost gave me someone’s post. It’s either that or they suggest you’re trying to steal your girlfriends post when you try to pick it up following their policy and they know me and my girlfriend. WiFi is awful. They will respond to this saying they have fixed it. You haven’t, it’s still bad. Honestly, biggest thing is the staff. I cannot put into words how bad they are- they are so condescending and rude. Car park gate was left open for ages. Anyone could have come in. If you smoke don’t come. They removed smoking area and bench which is a shame because people used to socialise there. Also I was entitled to cash back not had it yet. I literally leave in a few weeks
