My partner and I recently purchased our first home and were given a recommendation to use Lewis & Dick as our solicitors for this process and I am so glad that we did. I cannot recommend Jonathan Owens enough as a solicitor and his colleague Angela, they were both so helpful and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. 

All of our queries were dealt with in an efficient and timely manner even when issues arose from the seller’s side. Jonathan and his colleagues were always professional and courteous, I could not recommend them enough. We would definitely use them again when the need arises.

We have engaged this solicitor for the sale of our house and the purchase of another.Very very slow and uncommunicative.  Further the receptionist was snotty with my partner. I would not recommend using them as it feels to me that thier approach is high handed.

To add clarity the house sale and purchase went through with a few hitches that needlessly elongated the processes. However it was eventually completed so credit to the solicitor there but I feel that for the price the standard of the service was disappointing.

we feel glad that we found Shahida to lead and direct us during the purchase of our first house. She was very professional, fast on responding to all my questions (and I had a lot) and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Shahida for a wonderful job she does.

Although we were taking advantage of a free Will writing offer, the service we received was excellent and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend the company’s helpfulness and efficiency

Lewis and Dick were recommended to us by our mortgage broker. Our solicitor was Jonathan Owen and we were very pleased with the service. There was always someone there to answer our phone calls or emails - it was a very different experience with our previous solicitor. We are yet to complete in a week time but I'm sure things will go smoothly. Hopefully we won't be moving for many years to come but if needed I know who would be doing our conveyancing! Thank you.
