I have used TWM for my first purchase and my subsequent sale and purchase and both times they have been effortless, efficient and reliable. I work in the financial services and know the importance of a good solicitor and how they make make a houses purchase stressful or easy and TWM certainly make it easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TWM to anyone who wants certainty that they’ll be look after. On both occasions Chloe Smart has assisted me and I couldn’t thank her enough for her professionalism and thoroughness.

The worst experience that I ever had to deal with any solicitor firm. The acted as my Landlord’s solicitor for a lease extension process. At the end of the process, they decided to up their bill by almost 20% despite the fact that they billed me up front and confirmed in writing that all fees had been fully settled. Mr James Swede was the solicitor that advised me if I do not pay the extra he will not proceed the case at the last and I am not entitle to any refund.
I would strongly advise to stay away from them, as they most unreliable and greediest solicitors that I have ever seen and heard off.

As awful as expected when dealing with a tagma of depraved individuals. I would highly  advise to stay away from them and from their kind in general.
