DO NOT use BWT Law! Customer Service is shocking. They don't care about their clients, no sense of timelines or deadlines an absolute lazy bunch of people who all seem to have an attitude problem. Took over a year to complete something that could have taken a few months. Disgraceful.

Worst customer experience I have ever received - Never use this business. Rude and unhelpful!!!!

Avoid this firm at all costs. Shilpav Patel is very incompetent and has no respect for deadlines. He made numerous mistakes while acting for my family home purchase, e.g. misread terms in the contract hence wasted time in unnecessary clarification. He did not reply to emails promptly and always left things till the very last moment even though he had got days if not weeks to address them earlier.
