It's good enough for the choo-choo's
No wheelchair access lifts at this station. The Station has two lines one to head into city centre Manchester and the other towards Stockport. Needs refurbishment work to bring it up to scratch.
the staff are very helpful however the station needs Severely updating to bring it up to more modern standards it also needs lifts to the platforms as currently it is inaccessible to many wheelchair users. It could also do with A roof added on top of the platforms to Protect against wet weather but other than that i am impressed.
Easy to locate, clean and has waiting seats.
No access to prams or wheelchairs or disabled people. No toilets. Often wet, slippery floor in the underpass between platforms. Really needs updating to make it more user friendly.
