The shop is small but very spacious. The staff are very nice welcoming and helpful as they are truly passionate and know their stuff. Overall i enjoyed my time at the shop looking around and smell fragrances i highly recommend you visit if you haven't already as there are many unique scents that you can come across. I hope to come back to the store soon.
What more can you want? An incredible boutique located on a upscale neighbourhood. The boutique has an array of niche houses that you can’t find elsewhere. The staff are pleasant and highly educated on the products. I have been here few times and hope to visit again
Great experience. Unique way of delivering the perfume notes based on the customer's style and preference. Was my first visit and absolutely it's not going to be the last.
We waited all day to come here and we were so excited! It was a long day of touristy activities we looked a mess. They definitely little woman'd us and judged a book by the cover. We had money to spend and we had money to spend. They treated us like trash until they realized we were going to purchase many different bottles. I wanted to walk away from their upturned noses. I left without purchasing the 3 bottles I wanted and went to a different store! "BIG MISTAKE... HUGE!" I won't be back to this store when I come to London.

Must stop for niche fragrances. The customer service was exemplary, the young woman who helped both my mother and myself purchase fragrances, was not only knowledgeable but incredibly kind and fun.
I had a great time visiting Les Senteurs. The staff was very kind and sweet. I bought the Tauer Au Coeur Du Desert, which apparently very hard to get. I’d definitely be back here to buy more niche fragrances next time

What an amazing experience! Joe was absolutely incredible in helping me choose the best fragrance. Patient, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve never had customer service as good as that when shopping for aftershave. I will not go to any other shop when I’m in town. Added to the fact that they have an extensive selection. Great overall experience
