Overrated for sure. If you want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on perfumery with subpar performance, lasting only about 2 hours in my experience then go ahead. The staff here are nice enough,  but the product is not worth it in my opinion.

Love this place and all the scents! Nice experience seeing how your perfume is made. Lots of beautiful options to choose from and the service is top notch!

Amazing fragrance. Beautiful shop with excellent service.  I know it's terribly expensive but once you find your signature scent and receive an abundance of compliments you will accept that this is the price of luxury.

The 1 stars are certainly not for the fragrances or the store design.  I was after the experience, and being in the flagship store I was determined to get it.  I love their fragrances and all the different formats of their fragrances.  However the service seemed very indifferent to me being their or spending so much money on their products.  They did not look very happy or interested in contributing to my adventure even though I spend over CAN 600.00 on their products and despite my enthusiasm for being there.  The service is not what I expect from a high end niche fragrance brand especially when I spend so much there!  Anyways I still love my purchase!!!

This is absolutely my go to place for special fragrances! Especially I love their another 13, you can’t really smell on the testing paper but you can definitely feel it when you put on your skin. Most importantly the smell last more than one day! Now I have not only using fragrances but also hand cream. Will absolutely buy more in the future. Also, the staffs were super nice and helpful, I had great experience here with their service, thank you!!

Overrated and overpriced. Samples - you need to buy. Free samples always out of stock or intentionally made unavailable. Also, as a luxury perfumery, they failed BIG TIME to give an EXPERIENCE to customers. Because people shops at luxury retailers often for the experience, rather than bothering about the price point.

Powerful Proust effect experience with the variety of fragrances, the staff told us about the story of the brand and helped us find our match. Although I get the choice of Chernobyl lab look it lacked a premium feel given the price point. Great products though

I love Lelabo fragrances and their vintage shops. It is nice that you can try the products before at the store. Santal 33 is my favorite fragrance. The body lotion is also really nice. The opening of this fragrance can be strong but it is lovely in the dry down.

Good experience in store; the rep was nice enough to take me through an aromatic tour. He took the task of explaining why Lelabo was special, very seriously. I purchased the top 6 perfume discovery set as a gift for my brother. Although expensive, I believe that the aroma you give off is as important as having good dental hygiene, and therefore choosing the right perfume or eau de toilette is important to a person's overall image. Makes for a good gift/stocking stuffer.

The aesthetics of the store itself makes for a lovely experience, it is truly beautiful! However, on a Saturday afternoon, everyone was crowded around the tester/sample section. I really couldn't enjoy spraying each fragrance because I was in a rush since so many people were behind me waiting their turn. I might have bought something if I was given the chance to smell everything.
