Extremely dissapointed pay £30 for gel nails ask for natural look the gentleman was rushing so much they not even 😔😔😔 I will never go back the again. Is not all about the money make sure customers want to come back to your shop!!!!

After a disastrous experience at Pedicure Plus we crossed the road to Bromley Nail Express - where to be honest staff where falling over themselves to accommodate for my wife. My wife is disabled and can not easily get in out of chairs etc so this can make pedicure difficult. Not so at Bromley Nail Express though - very friendly and accommodating staff and very affordable services. This probably explains why they were full up when we came - but found a slot for my wife after a short wait; and THAT ladies and gentlemen is what customer service is about.
