Popped in as my daughters chain had got wedged in place somehow. Being a complete novice I had no idea how to get it out (after trying to give it a good yank!) Took it down, he was busy working on a bike already but he had a quick look, and said he'd do it there and then, 10 mins later walking out with a fixed bike and happy daughter - and only a £3.50 charge! Popping back on the weekend to buy a new helmet and seat.
