Needed to visit regularly every night for 2 half weeks. I was shocked at the cost, so I made sure I kept my visit to under 2 hrs £2.90. £55.40 Total what was good, though, they have plenty of B Badge parking ground level near entrance.nWell done for that
The royal infirmary has a 5 level multi store carpark. But it does get filled up early. However there is normally space every so many minutes as people leave. They have two lifts but one has been broken for a long time.
Given 5 stars only because this visit was before it became busy! If arrival is after 9 am waiting to enter can be anything from 10 minutes to 45!nThere are a large number of spaces especially in the in the multi storey. In short if you can use the hospital hopper it can reduce stess levels greatly - unfortunately we live 14 miles out and that option is not available.
Got a disabled car park space which made it easier for me the only thing was we had to queue for 1 1/2 hours before we entered the car park
Need another car park at least, got to the road 45 mins before my appointment started and still arrived 15 mins late due to the queue! Nearly had to drive back home for 90mins but luckily got seen an hour later than the original appointment.. also if you are there for maternity and you are heavily pregnant, remember the car park is a walk!!
