What a rip off at Dover Street Car Park Leicester.nFrom £1 for all day on a Sunday it has now increased tariffs to midweek rates.nVery greedy move by Leicester City Council and not good for retailers or customers !!
Very convenient car park for the little theatre,Dover Castle and heading into town. But be aware the prices have increased quite alot. And the parking attendants are as keen as mustard. Often parked up in the actual car park.

Total disgrace Leicester City Council! Get your act together and make parking user friendly.nArrived, like many other people, early for the theatre and stood in the rain, in a queue for twenty minutes whilst others tried to pay for parking, only one machine working and even that gave up!nCouldn't download the parking app. Couldn't pay over the phone as I didn't have an account.nGave up after half an hour and left a note on my dashboard quite expecting to come out to all of us having parking tickets.nAlso, the evening parking changes are a joke!nArrive for theatre at 7, show starts at 7.30 & finishes at 10. Out by 10.15 - this takes you over the 3hour evening parking tariff, so it will cost you £5 for the pleasure - appalling.
