Went here for Breakfast today and was really disappointed, thought we were lucky that not many people were eating as food would be quick and good quality, but soon realised that people were not eating for good reason. We ordered a basic breakfast at £6.95 and poached eggs and bacon for £4.95. We waited for ages for the food to be cooked, which worries me as this was not a busy time for them, so wouldn’t consider eating here in peak season (or ever again after today). The breakfasts finally arrived, and we nearly cried. My other half didn’t eat much of his - The bacon looked like it had been boiled and was fattier than Pavarotti’s arteries, the sausage had large lumps of chewy fat inside probably remnants of the fat berg currently dominating London’s sewer system, the fried egg was so underdone, it still had to potential to turn into a chicken, the mushroom looked like it had died several weeks earlier and instead of being respectfully cremated had been served for breakfast. The toast appeared to be allergic to the toaster and was drowning in a sea of butter, which I presume is a hat tip to the beautiful seaside location. Considering the prices, which is a bit more than a lot of the other local places, breakfast here was well below par.

Big fish, small pond..staff ask for feedback, once given owner argues in an intimidating manner. Been here a number of times over the last few years and whilst the coffee & snacks are decent the owner's (and other staff's) attitude is rude & confrontational. I know a number of older people who have been very upset by this, as I have been, and won't be going back with their groups. There are other more friendly & welcoming place in Hunstanton.

It is interesting to see the comments about this cafe on Trip Advisor. The owner only likes positive comments! Given the attitude of the owner towards complaints it's no wonder no one dare to complain in person!

Nice cafe and bistro. Just stopped for a coffee and sandwich and was very impressed. Not your usual seaside cafe.
