Caffe Chai

Good basic cafe in the middle of Hunstanton. I have rated this place based on that it caters for the majority of visitors in Hunstanton and it is not trying to be a trendy or upmarket cafe. However I was happy with my drink and food which was served relatively quickly. The staff were happy to fill our water bottles tap water which was a nice bonus. I'd be more than happy to return there again.

Nice breakfast, i have been twice now whilst out on the motorbike. Reasonable value for money. Staff friendly and helpful.Food: 3/5

Great food, but sadly what let's it down is the lack customer service skills the young staff have. Grumpy looking welcome with a half hearted smile as if they don't want to be working today. A big hello how Are you when customers walk in would go down a treat. Get to know your regular customer names and then use when saying hello next time they visit your tips will go up you watch the staff laugh and joke and chat away to each other end of the counter, but no interaction with Thier paying customers. One star because we didn't even make it to a table. Walked in, my wife asked where the toilet was, we were told that toilets were only for paying guests. When we tried to explain that we had every intention of having something to eat and drink we got cut off with a "No! Sorry!" Our 10 seconds in that place was enough to tell us all we needed to know about the kind of place it was. As such, they can stuff their cafe where the sun does't shine. We then went over the road and had a very pleasant coffee and breakfast over there. And very friendly staff who don't unload their bad day's onto the customers or assume the worst of other people.

Lovely cosy cafe. All day breakfast is well worth a try. The medium one is my favourite. Very nicely cooked and good quality. Excellent value. Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommended.

Great food, lovely atmosphere, friendly and understanding with children. Staff is great always eat here when visiting Hunstanton.

Beautiful breakfast and friendly staff and reasonably priced, definitely go again

Not sampled the food yet but it does look very appetising. Only had coffee but good service plus we were able to take our dogs in. Thank you very much
