Friendly welcome and great breakfast, clean and compact rooms, easy to find, walking distance to seafront and high street, estate drive to Gosport and Portsmouth.

Designated parking is right in front of the house. The family room is warm, has plenty of space, comfy beds and good décor. The full English breakfast was the standard items, but delicious all the same. The couple running the house were very helpful, setting up what we needed for our toddler and voluntarily discounted a mistake that our booking site had apparently made. Flawless, and in a great location to see local friends, will happily stay again!

Had two wonderful nights at Leeward House. Made to feel very welcome. Rooms were immaculate and everything you could think of was in the room. Wonderful breakfast and plenty of it. Ideal location and will certainly be back.

We had a fab time at Leeward good food excellent service and Kathleen and husband were just so helpful.

We had a friendly welcome, the staff were happy to answer all questions. The rooms themselves are snug - there isn't much space around the bed in ours (twin). The usual TV and tea, coffee are also included. Our room had a separate bathroom across the corridor which wasn't ideal but it isn't shared. Breakfast was very good with plenty to eat.
