We are pensioners who stay at the Premier Inn Fareham Road Gosport every time we visit family and friends throughout the year. The staff are so lovely and the rooms clean and now the breakfast they serve is the icing on the cake . In the last couple of days my friend and I made 2 seperate booking for the beginning of Oct only to be told today that the family event had been moved to the beginning of November. As pensioners we can only afford the cheapest rates. I rang customer services this morning to ask if we could move the date of the booking (and yes I know you have terms and conditions ) We were told ' NO WAY'' .....but come on Premier Inn this is months away where is your sense of compassion. We have had to re book and pay again, big thanks to CUSTOMER SERVICES ......... The 1 star is for customer services not the actual Premier Inn Gosport the staff can't do enough for us when we stay 5 stars for them.

Had an excellent stay here over Christmas. Bed was extremely comfortable, room has it's own thermostat so you can heat it as you like, and the en suite was smart and very clean. Only fault is I really didn't like the pillows, they were far too soft for my liking. For breakfast you have to leave the Premier Inn and walk to the pub adjacent as the restaurant is not in the building but the service was still good. Unfortunately unlike most other premier inn restaurants ive visited, they did not have any vegetarian sausages and did not have the ability to toast/heat bread and pancakes. Overall though a very pleasant stay.

Decent Hotel with lift. Rooms with showers were great, the showers are excellent. Nice big tv in room, rooms not the biggest but sufficient. Good food available next door at the Sailmaker.

Great room, great price. Helpful staff. No restaurant on site, but the pub across the car park caters for residents. Bugger if it rains tho.. however, they will lend you an umbrella..
