So expensive but so worth it. Marble Arch corner sofa + cuddler sofa have completely transformed my living room. The whole family want to be in the living room now which is nice. Delivery was efficient and friendly and the sofas came earlier than expected.
We had a great time with "Haleema," the sales assistant, from the first visit to the last. She was very patient, helpful, and quick to respond to our requests, If we couldn't get the right combination, she helped us in a different direction without being pushy Thank you Haleema you are a credit to our Sofology experience Date of experience: 31 December 2022
Fantastic range of sofas. Halema served us and she was excellent. Really knowledgeable and had exactly the right balance between being there to answer questions and giving us space to browse.
Nice friendly staff. Will let you know on the quality of our sofa when it arrives! Less than 5 months after receiving our brand new sofa it has been sent back with a full refund. Poor quality fit and finish all round. Seat backs didn't line up and the cushions sagged after less than 2 months. Lost my custom for ever now.
Have now waited 4 months for a repair on a faulty sofa. The automated email system keeps telling me to call up to schedule a technician for the repair otherwise my job will be cancelled, I call and wait a lifetime for an answer only to be told the system is wrong and the repair can’t happen as the parts haven’t arrived. Then it goes full circle again with the same emails coming through, waiting another hour to speak to someone only to be told again that my repair still can’t be scheduled and the email was automated and incorrect. Meanwhile I have paid over the odds for a faulty sofa which is still not repaired!!
The worst customer service ever. I actually recommended the sales woman for how friendly she was but it turns out she was useless. I complained the minute it turned up on 8th Jan and have had to chase every day. I paid for old sofa to be taken away, wrong refused to take it, sofa as I wanted, wrong, sofa wasn’t as promised, responded to my emails and phone calls., wrong no one ever rang me back? Would I recommend the company? No, worst company ever
I ordered a sofa and foot stool back in May with the guarantee it will be delivered in mid-July. It's getting towards the end of August and the delivery date had been pushed back for a 6th time. No one at Sofology has communicated with me. No one has explained the situation, or helped in any way. Promises of call backs are broken, emails aren't responded to, and frankly I wish I'd never ordered it. I am fed up beyond belief. I'd add photos, but of course I haven't received it!!!
Purchased 2 x Toulouse in Le Mans Smoked Blue. The sales team were good in the shop and online and the sofas look good. The reason for the loss of a star in grading is due to the failed first delivery, with the delivery driver/mate telling me it required a four man lift! I re-booked and a week later two guys dismantled/reassembled without issue! First team put themselves and an early finish before the customer, not good! The second team were great, really good guys who cracked on and were done in no time.
Sofa's delivered faulty. Standard of finish terrible, cushions/padding almost non existent. Service rectification team never called as promised. Went back to showroom to show photos of sagging leather after 10 days of owning the sofas. Staff advised us to reject as faulty. The showroom model was perfect, comfy, looked very classy. That’s why we ordered. Showroom staff unable to help and advised us to deal direct with customer services. Not one phone call returned. No solution offered to substandard products. Quite frankly shocked at this companies lack of communication. Would definitely not recommend spending a single penny with this company we spent £4250 . Showroom demonstration models are beautiful and ooze quality and comfort, what we received is cheap and tacky. Very disappointed but appalled at lack of customer service.
I have had the worst experience iv ever had to deal with from sofology. Still ongoing from April still not resolved. Never ever again its too much stress and anxiety dealing with them. They cause severe mental stress having to deal with them. HAD TO EDIT THIS BECAUSE IM WAITING 2 SIDE TABLES ORDERED IN APRIL STILL NOT ARRIVE. SAID END OF JULY THEN END OF AUGUST STILL NO WHERE TO BE SEEN. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND I WAS REFUSED.
