Me and my wife went to 6 floors of beds to see if we could have a bed made. So many options with design and materials. Bed was made within 3 weeks and delivered with a mattress and protector. We went for an ottoman and the quality is brilliant. Thankyou!
The service was amazing. I visited 3 times, as I struggled to make my mind up, and each time I was treated with patience and kindness. The expertise of the staff was great and they were happy to go round the mattresses with me, looking at my sleep position on each, until we found the best mattress for me and my husband. They took our budget into consideration and did not hard sell. We also bought a new bed and they, again, patiently helped us choose a fabric and headboard, based on our bedroom size, decor and budget. My husband was having an operation and they went out of their way to get the bed delivered in time. I cannot fault their service. We are very happy with our new bed and mattress and so glad that we took the time to get it right, with the invaluable help of the staff and 6 floors of beds.
This is an absolute gem of a business with more mattresses to try than you can shake a stick at and the best customer service I've ever experienced. Lynn's knowledge and care is outstanding. It's the second time I've bought from here and I will never go anywhere else. Proper quality products at the right price with excellent customer service too. The easiest recommendation I ever gave. Well done Bedside Manor!
Visited today and we were blown away. There were so many beds to choose from and lots of mattresses to lay on! Coupled with the outstanding customer service I highly recommend purchasing a bed from here. I can honestly say I have never come across people who are so welcoming, friendly and caring. My daughter explained what she was looking for and they’ve managed to help her choose her dream bed. The design, colour and material are all exactly what she wanted and the quality of the beds is outstanding! We trawled around a lot of bed shops today and wished we’d looked here first to save ourselves the trouble. I can honestly say that I’ve never had a better purchasing experience!
It’s the 3rd time we have bought from Bedside Manner and to be honest we wouldn’t buy a mattress or bed from anywhere else. Lynn is really helpful and knowledgeable and spends time ensuring you get the right mattress for you. I had recently slipped my disc in my back and we needed a much more supportive mattress. Lynn doesn’t rush you, gives really good advice and helps you make the right decision. Our mattress arrived yesterday and I’ve just had the best night sleep in a long while, and completely pain free! Thank you Lynn and Bedside Manner!
We were recommended Bedside Manor by various members of our family who spoke very highly of the products in which they offer at an affordable price when purchasing a new bed - we were not disappointed. The ladies who were there to assist us were extremely knowledgable with the types of mattresses we were searching for which made our experience completely stress free. This company is an absolute gem. The furniture is absolutely beautiful. Ordered a complete bedroom set & we weren't disappointed. The customer service here is second to none. The owners were really patient in putting up with my constant questions about investing in our next mattress...because it is an investment and they understand this. They have a really broad range of mattresses to suit all budget types and I also loved their relaxed approach to sales, not like other shops that will not be named where we were hounded from the second we walked in. Great company.
Omg this place is amazing. The owners are such lovely people. I had an issue with my mattress being unable to get up the stairs, I rang them and they sorted me out within 24 hours. My mattress is PERFECT for me, I was worried about getting one that could properly support my back and they sorted me right out, haven’t slept this well in YEARS!! Would give 10 stars if I could
