Driver wore no seat belt and watched YouTube videos as he drove me and my young daughter home. I took a photograph as evidence and took his registration, reported to leecabs office but heard nothing back. Will never use again. Dangerous and completely thoughtless driver

Absolutely disgusting these lot. Charged me, my wife and our 3 children £25 to go 2 miles from Irchester to Rushden!! £25 and then the taxi driver had the audacity to call me an idiot when I complained!! Stay away from these lot whatever you do. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people these lot just hold you to ransom and make you pay through the nose for a really short journey and when phoned the office to complain got the same disgraceful response. If you want a taxi do yourself a favour and don't phone these lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have been warned!!!!!!!

poor service, pre booked 3 trips car arrived 10 minutes late for first trip & 20 minutes for the second trip. will see if they make it for the last trip. Use the service at your own risk.

Appalling. Cat didn’t show up and the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude. Do not use.
