Never used them before. This is my only experience of them. Leaving an airport car park recently which I’d never been in before I was driving carefully and observing speed limits. I’d parked on the top level so I had to descend several levels. A Baldrys car with one passenger was behind me nearly all the way down and was constantly so close to the rear of my car that I couldn’t see his number plate for most of the time. Such driving is not sensible or safe when descending or ascending a multi story car park with its many twists and turns. About forty feet before the exit to the car park I braked suddenly because I thought I was heading towards the wrong exit barrier. At that point I was actually fearful that the Baldrys vehicle was going to drive into me but he didn’t. Instead, once he had stopped, he sounded his horn at me, overtook me, gave an unfriendly facial expression and drove on. Having checked my mirrors and having looked around I was of the opinion that I was not doing anything dangerous and I was not blocking the roadway because it was probably five vehicles width at that point and I was on the far left and there were no more than three or four vehicles spread out in front or behind. Had the Baldrys driver not been driving so close to me then he could have braked gently, paused momentarily and then manoeuvred calmly around me. I’m a H&S rep at my place of work, and part of my role is to investigate incidents, hazards and near-misses - including those involving automobiles. As I regularly drive on company business, I have to undertake a safe driving course each year so that my company has some degree of confidence regarding my driving aptitude and attitude. If the male driver of that Baldrys vehicle had been in my company then I would have spoken to him and advised him regarding safe driving techniques and behaviours. It may be worth Baldrys sending an email to all their drivers reminding them of their obligations under the Highway Code in particular Rules 112, 126 and 147.

Thank you Shaun for another great service, had to change our return journey as flights cancelled, spoke to Shaun and he dealt with our request, professionally and sympathetically, great company would highly recommend and hopefully once all this madness has deceased we will use them again.
