About

We are a FREE Art Gallery & Museum situated in the Royal Pump Rooms. We provide accessible, varied and vibrant arts and heritage activities.

Story

The Art Gallery, sited in the hall of the former hydrotherapy pool, shows fine and decorative art works selected from the paintings, ceramics, sculpture and glass Collections. The entire exhibition is changed every two years.

Our Haddie's Gallery is a family Gallery that allows children to join Haddie, the circus elephant, to discover what life was like in Victorian Leamington Spa.

The Local History Gallery, located on the footprint of the former Turkish Bath, presents the story of Leamington's development from a rural village into an elegant spa resort, and then into the thriving town we know today. It includes a Hammam (cooling room) preserved from the original Turkish Bath.

Our Temporary Exhibitions Gallery is used to show a wide variety of exhibitions exploring the contemporary and historic visual arts and local history.

I’m sure this is a very interesting place, but as a totally blind disabled visitor, no staff seemed to be available or approach just to help. Yes there was level access for wheelchair users, but no audio description of exhibitions or pieces, and no physical touchable exhibits. No thought seem to have been put in to making this venue accessible when looking at the history and arts and exhibitions inside, very poor indeed, would not visit again and certainly will not recommend to other disabled totally blind people. Cafe however was excellent, staff helpful and food and drink very good and nicely priced.

Always something going on. Children friendly. They have their own room with toys and colouring. Dress up. Computer and different interactive things and information around the room. Worth checking out. Staff very helpful

Excellent gallery. The oils and water colour paintings were my favourite. This place is steeped in history and is well maintained with activities and areas for children to enjoy the gallery.

A small but very accessible modern art gallery, and a lovely, well-designed museum detailing the history of Leamington Spa and the building itself. Needs at least 2 hours.
