As a tenant do not recommend Leaders! To begin with, everyone very friendly and helpful. When things go the way they want, yes, they are friendly. Since I said I was leaving it was a completely different game! I had to leave the contract early, they asked me to pay £510 for penalties fees....ok..I paid that! But they never stopped trying to take more a more money from me. Had to call Citizen Advisor and TDS at some point to know what did I have in my power to control the situation as so uncomfortable I was with what they wanted me to do. Just one episode as an example, they wanted me to use a specific professional cleaning company to go and clean the flat because I had a dog, fair enough, that was something I had agreed before so I did. But this company advised by them charged me nearly twice the price as the average companies around! They clearly weren't happy when I said I was doing it with someone else because we talking about £200, not £20, making pressure from different sides to use the one they wanted..and I end up paying from deposit the difference on things they said it was't good enough! As a landlord, yes, they will look after you, as a tenant, no, they will take as much money as they can with no moral values or fairness.

To date, Leaders Landlord services have been excellent. I recommend Katie & Simon, FYI, the whole Leaders team are very professional.
