Everyone worked efficiently with a friendly and helpful attitude.  As we had to travel a long distance to view the property, we appreciated the effort taken to ensure we had plenty of time to ask questions, get answers and generally absorb as much detail as possible  about 1 Langley Grove.   Thanks for your patience and professionalism.  We also appreciated the unexpected welcome gift we received when picking up the keys on completion of the purchase.

Great service, good valuation and didn't try to win my business by overvaluing the property but put it on at a price they could sell it for, got me two offers in the first 3 weeks and we sold and moved within 2 and half months. As with all things you get what you pay for and their experience and professionalism as well as the fact you always knew what was going on and could speak to someone when needed was worth every penny for avoiding the stress I hear some people go through with their estate agents!

I brought my Bungalow through Henry Adams in Bognor Regis High Street, the service was everything and more that I was expecting. The purchase was easy, went through without a hitch and I have had follow up communications from Henry Adams asking me if everything was ok.

I also asked Henry Adams to get in touch with the sellers to ask a question about the pond in the garden and I received a full response via Henry Adams that answered my question and more.

I would recommend Henry Adams, they were highly professional and I would also use them myself if I ever want to move.

By far the most helpful and proactive estate agent we've ever used. They went the extra mile to keep our chain alive and we honestly think that without their constant intervention and appraisal of the various complexities we wouldn't have been able to complete. Although we had cheaper quotes we doubt anyone else would have worked so hard for us and we would have lost the chance to buy our new house.

Outstanding company to let with, i was in a very difficult situation & had a week remaining to find a new property. I viewed a property on the Friday, started the paperwork on Monday & sure enough collected the keys to new property 5days later. Any questions or concerns were dealt with immediately, very professional & I will highly recommend them in the future!!
