Lea Village Fish Bar

We had fish, chips and curry sauce. Very nice and a huge portion of chips. The only downside was that the batter on the fish was very thick and doughy and just slid off the fish.

Great fish and chips. Cost a lot but was worth it fish fresh and batter just as I like it chips soft on the inside with just enough crispy bits.place clean service very good.go out of our way to go there again.Food: 5/5

Excellent. Really good quality food. Always hot. Only down fall for us is the chicken donna meat needs cooking a little longer.

Bought a large portion of chips and have to say I'm extremely disappointed with the portion I have received, its more like a regular portion defiantly wasnt worth the price there was also something curly on the chips looked like foil.

The Village Fish Bar is the absolute best in the area, the lovely ladies that look after you, always greet you with bright smiles. The food is always fresh and great value. I really enjoy coming here. It's the BEST! Thank you for always looking after Clive and me.

We mostly go on a Sunday evening, not often but the lady who cooks does it to perfection. The other ladies serving are always friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Food is outstanding and always freshly cooked. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended

Stood there for about 10 minutes not one of them acknowledged me, 3 woman behind the till, 1 woman serving a man but the other two didn’t even look at me, poor service left and went McDonald’s ignorant service

Bedders are rated as number one chip shop, anyone who knows this place agrees bedders cannot touch it fresh mmmfish chips friendly staff clean. No matter what time i go i always get freshly fried fish chips i recommend to anyone try this fish shop 1st , no greasy food this is a five star established I've used this chip shop over 40 years this is number one chip shop in midlands

The mixed kebab is good. Chips were nice too. We asked for lettuce and onions but were given lettuce and cucumber though.
